Thank you for supporting the inaugural Beaver Ball, benefiting Wild For Life Inc. and our mission to establish a dedicated wildlife health clinic. We look forward to celebrating wildlife conservation with you.

Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Wild For Life Inc. Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please contact event organizers in advance to update attendee information.

Event Changes

Wild For Life Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, speakers, entertainment, or featured animal ambassadors as necessary.

Photography & Media Release

By attending the Beaver Ball, you grant permission for Wild For Life Inc. and its representatives to photograph, film, and record the event. Images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

Animal Ambassador Policy

Animal ambassadors may be present during portions of the event. For the safety and well-being of both guests and wildlife, attendees may not touch, handle, feed, or otherwise interact with any wild animal unless specifically invited to do so by an authorized Wild For Life Inc. staff member. Guests are required to follow all instructions provided by animal handlers and event staff at all times.

Wild For Life Inc. reserves the right to restrict access to animal ambassador areas or remove any guest who does not comply with animal safety guidelines.

Guest Conduct

The Beaver Ball is intended to be a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable event for all attendees. Wild For Life Inc. reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate without refund.

Liability

Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. Wild For Life Inc., Universal Preservation Hall, event sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during the event except where required by law.

Dietary Accommodations

Guests with dietary restrictions are encouraged to notify event organizers in advance. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, accommodations cannot be guaranteed without prior notice.

Donations

A portion of proceeds from the Beaver Ball will directly support Wild For Life Inc.'s wildlife rehabilitation efforts and the development of a dedicated wildlife health clinic. Additional donations made during the event, including through auctions and fundraising activities, are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
